Thank you for your interest in a precious, loyal, and playful German Shepherd puppy. Please fill out this questionnaire to help us hand-select the perfect pup for you! To place your name on the deposit lists, a non-refundable deposit can be made via check or PayPal for $400.00. At the time of puppy pick up, the cost of the puppy will be due.
